Chakhnayaar.com (AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on the site chakhnayaar.com.  AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) will use reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. If a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED nor any of its directors, officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.

Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED’s (chakhnayaar.com) acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED’s (chakhnayaar.com) offer to sell products to you.  AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT OR CANCELLATION

AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. If you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at afrfoodscare@gmail.com or at Contact Us: +919824008842. If you require a complete change of “Ship To” information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it.  AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.

AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, DHL, Bluedart, Fedex, Eramax, Indiapost and others.

In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email : afrfoodscare@gmail.com or at Contact Us:  (+91 9979565699). Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be cancelled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation can be done in 24 hrs of the order placed on CHAKHNAYAAR.COM only. After 24 hrs, NO product cancellation request will be entertained. All international and national prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs or the order date. After 24 hrs no cancellation request will be granted. This policy will be strictly enforced for all prepaid orders.

REFUND AND PAYMENTS

All CHAKHNAYAAR.COM items are priced in INR (Indian Rupees) & USD ($). Chakhnayaar.com (AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED) accepts from INDIA and USA, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards / debit cards or net banking.

AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation.

RETURN POLICY

You may purchase merchandise (product) from chakhnayaar.com Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Due to the nature of our certain non returnable products, we are unable to receive returns on those products that have been used. This would present a health concern and disallow us from selling these products as ‘new.’ We will, however, receive returns on products that are in a new, unused condition.

Although AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) has the excellent ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that at times orders are short shipped/ merchandise is broken/ wrong product is sent. When that happens, We follow the given returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.

  1. AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items.
  2. You must report the product within 24 hours after accepting delivery. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS.
  3. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted.
  4. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED or its affiliates to be returned to AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) shall be at the customer’s expense.
  5. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 7 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.

The liability of AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). AFR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (chakhnayaar.com) shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via blue dart will be subject to blue dart Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undelivered shipments.

All Prepaid orders approved returns for damaged/defective/wrong product will be given a choice of Store credit or Payment back to your original account only. Damage claim will be subject to our quality analysis team.

Unopened, Undamaged products return within 7 days of approved return on Prepaid Orders will be subject to 20% Restocking fees and the remaining refund will be given in the form of store credit or discount coupons (that can be used on chakhnayaar.com only) ONLY. 

Once your product is returned , chakhnayaar Team will analyze and verify the condition of the product and return confirmation will be made after product examination only. We will call you with return details. Please allow 2-7 days at least for processing the refunds.
